Welcome to Penny Falls Florida
...home of the prestigious Penny Falls College. Every year Thousands of hopefuls apply, and every year most of those high school graduates are disappointed. The few who do get into the college are a random bunch of misfits, socialites, athletes, and brainiacs. What is even more puzzling is that some of the students never even applied, they simply received an acceptance letter with no questions asked. The school offers full tuition, and dirt-cheap housing close to campus. Slowly but surely these new students will learn that Penny Falls is not what they thought it would be. Once they realize that they all have at least one unique factor in common, they learn that there are very few people they can trust. The SAIA, or Supernatural Abilities Intelligence Agency have the town locked down. They control the gates, and who comes in and out of their town. They have gathered together all ‘potential’ students to study their unique abilities. Their ultimate goals are a secret, and their personal goals are even more elusive.
