Usual Clothes:
Elysia usually wears just about anything. While lazing about in her and her bother's apartment, Elysia usually wears sweat pants and spaghetti strap tops or tank tops. When out and about Elysia wears anything and everything. She'll wear jeans, sweat pants, dresses, skirts, t-shirts, tank tops, and anything else you can possibly think of. Sometimes she'll walk outside in her bikini, which her twin doesn't enjoy, but he deals with it. Whatever she wears it's usually red and/or black.
Combat Uniform:
Elysia wears a tight black costume, shoes, cape and mask. Her cape is usually ripped and short at the back and on the front of her fitting costume is a red x. Note her name. Her mask is black with a grey skull on the front and a red x on the forehead, one end of the x extending over the eye. Around her waist is a grey, mechanical belt. It has a red x were the belt connects and contains all of Elysia's toys. On Elysia's hands are deep grey gloves which go up to her elbows. On the palms of these gloves are red x's which are usually where her toys come from. Elysia's costume is also powered by Xenothium, which is where the x comes from in her name, unless you're her brother, because then the x comes from the fact that she's female.
Personality:
Elysia is a very caring person by nature and always has been. Even with her mentally unstable father and somewhat sane mother, Elysia has always been caring, especially when it came to her two brothers. She's also very fun loving and loves to flirt and joke around. Elysia's very easy going and she tends to keep people on her toes with her sarcasm and jokes. She never means to hurt people's feelings, but sometimes it happens and then she generally feels guilty about it. It'll eat at her and eat at her until she apologizes. Of course, when it comes to her sibling, Elysia(like most sisters) doesn't really care if she hurts her brother's feelings. He's a grown man and he can take it. Elysia's also very bold and she tends to do whatever she wants when she wants. She doesn't have stage fright so she's a brilliant singer and is often seen at JJ Grayson and Thomas Wayne's parties.
Weaknesses:
Family(Elysia is very protective and weak when it comes to her family and teammates(whom she considers her family). She'll do anything for them, including give her life)
Caring(Elysia cares almost too much about people to the point of where she can't harm another human being to the point of beating them into submission. Elysia can usually do whatever she feels is necessary, but it depends on what she's doing. Killing someone is not possible for her to do)

Stealth(In order for Elysia to be good at what she does on ocassion(thievery), she has to have amazing stealth capabilities)
Weapons:
X-Shaped Shuriken(Elysia can create miniature x's which she can throw as shuriken. She can make one or several all at once)
X-Shaped Blades(Elysia has blades shaped like x's that she can wield in her hands and have on her wrists. She can use them ask shields or make them spin)
X-Shaped Restraints(Elysia can fire x's that act as restraints either in strange goo form which holds the person down or a constricted form which binds the person up so they can't move. Either way, these restraints make the person immobile)
X-Shaped Explosives(Elysia can produce x-shaped explosives from the x's on her hands that can either explode on impact or be on a timer)
Electricity X's(Elysia uses these x's in three forms. The first one is seen as an x that releases electricity from it. The second one is seen as electricity being released from her hand when directly in contact with the enemy. The third and final one is seen as having reflective properties, but still shocks the enemy)
Splitting X's(Elysia uses these x's to split objects both physical and energy based. This are either temporary (the objects will close up right after as if nothing happened), long lasting, or permanent and can be used to open gaping x-shaped holes in walls or floors)
History:
Elysia Melina Todd was born to Jason Peter and Melina Jessica Todd on March 23rd, 2004. She was the first born, followed by her twin brother Peter. The two of them were raised in a normal household...for the most part. Melina was usually the one who took care of the three children that she bore from Jason Todd. The children had no idea what their mother and father did while they were sleeping safely in their beds. There was one night though, when Jason and Melina were off stealing things that someone broke into the Todd home, not realizing how much pain and torture it was going to bring down on them. It was the one night where Elysia and Peter were off at friend's houses, leaving Jason Junior alone in the home. JJ was comfortable being home alone and it had never bothered him, of course, it was on that night that JJ hadn't been thinking and while he slept soundly in his bed, he was murdered.
When Jason and Melina returned home, they went on a rampage. They did everything in their power to find out who did this to their son. When Elysia and Peter returned home, they were trained in everything that their parents knew. Except, of course, Peter was trained by his mother, because he had gotten his mothers powers which was controlling water. "Snow" had been her code name at one point. And while Peter was trained by his mother, Elysia was trained by her father. He had gone partially insane thanks to the death of his oldest son so he trained Elysia harder and with more ferocity than anything else in the world. By the time Elysia was fourteen, she was doing exactly what her parents used to do. Of course, one night while she was off stealing things, her parents found the man who killed their son. Jason and Melina tortured the man who killed their son and then set his ass on fire.
Of course being mentally unstable didn't have it's perks with Jason. He had realized that when he poured gasoline on the man, some had gotten on him and he ended up being lit on fire as well. His wife, Melina, being stunned by this and also mentally unstable didn't know what to do. She couldn't use her powers to put the fire out and Jason grew angry with rage and killed her before later dying himself from the burns and whatnot. It was when the two children returned home that everyone was there and the authorities sent the remaining Todd's to live with their uncle at Wayne Manor. He was old enough to be their care taker and was more trusting because of the Todd's Will. So, the two lived with the Waynes for four years before the two moved out and got their own apartment. It wasn't that they didn't appreciate everything that their Uncle had done for them, but they felt they needed to be out on their own.
A few months later, the two of them were actually fighting off two robbers who were trying to get the same thing the Todd's were getting and the Teen Titans arrived. They mistook the Todd's fighting for the thing at stake as fighting crime and asked the two to join. Figuring there was no harm in it, they joined, but do not live with the Titans. They have communicators and go when they have to, but generally, the two live alone in their apartment. They get along just fine and there's hardly ever a problem...and if there is, that's the way life rolls and they handle it like adults do. Though sometimes that's not always how it works...
