Distinguishing Features: Known for wearing bright red lipstick. She has scars on her lower back and the back of her legs in the shape of a belt buckle.
Usual Clothes: Nightclub singer gowns and teasing short dresses. She likes to look her best for her man. Her hair is usually down. And of course she almost always has her man in tow.
Combat Uniform:
Same as above.
Personality:
Sugar plays the ditzy blond. Its part of her dissociative identity disorder. One could say she has three personalities.
One: Her true self. A girl that has done what everyone else told her to do her whole life and got beaten down for it. She was always the “good” girl, and no one was surprised when she got swept up into a “fabulous” marriage at such a young age.
Two: Sugar Sweet, the ditsy blond girlfriend of Scareface. Whatever her man wants he gets, and she’d bend over backwards to make him happy. She takes him with his ups and downs, and her world revolves around him. When she takes on this personality, she takes on a southern accent that was like her mothers growing up.
Three: Scareface, the meanest gangster in a pinstripe suit that ever was… well kind of. He’s a boss, nasty, cruel, and vicious crime-lord. He’s all about taking and doesn’t care about hurting anybody. He treats Sugar a bit like a dog, telling her sweet things and even seeming to care at times, but really to him she’s his ride. If he didn’t need her he’d probably get rid of her. Scareface’s weapon of choice is a Tommy Gun.
Weaknesses:
Well I think the wooden dummy and the whole fact that she’s pretty psycho makes up a very big weakness. She’s mentally and emotionally unstable. Her genetics and the whole domestic abuse thing is what made her snap. She just wanted someone to take care of her and make her decisions for her.
Also, I don’t know if this helps, but she’s allergic to some of the pesticides they spray on fruit and so has to wash all fresh produce thoroughly before eating it.
Physically she's not much of a fighter. She relies on guns and the thugs for protection.
Guilt. In truth she's incredibly guilty about the death of her Husband but she would deny being the one who killed him. It was all Scareface.
Powers:[/b]
None

The whole Ventriloquism thing’s pretty cool. And the ability to throw her voice. Also somehow she manages to make Scarface work his tommygun.
Weapons:
Scarface/Tommygun
Small pistol she keeps strapped to her thigh.
A knife hidden in her cleavage.
History:
Sugar knew she was adopted, but she’d never known who her real parents were. If she or anyone else had maybe what she had turned into might not have been such a shock. As an infant, social services took her away (for obvious reasons) and very quickly she found a new home with the Andersons. The family was rich (to say the least) and they wanted nothing but the best for their little girl. Sugar was a beautiful blond child with large blue eyes. She had a sweet personality and was very obedient. She liked baby dolls and princesses and when she was five she won her first beauty pageant.
All through her childhood and teenage years she was the kind of girl that other girls were jealous of. For some reason she didn’t make many friends, but had a few close people that were important to her. Most of her girlfriends were pageant girls like her. When she turned sixteen she was a debutant and it was then that she first met Keith.
]
Also from Texas, Keith could charm the saddle of a horse (so they say) He was tall and handsome with dark hair and green eyes. Her parents adored him and were even more impressed when they found out he went to law school.
When Sugar was eighteen Keith proposed to her on her graduation night and of course she said yes. What girl wouldn’t?
Only a few weeks after being married things started to change for Sugar. Keith started to behave differently. He got jealous of little things and didn’t like it when she talked to her friends. Even conversations with her parents became limited. He’d yell at her when things didn’t go well at work and finally he took to hitting her.
Sugar kept quiet about the whole thing, thinking it all her fault. One day as she walked home from the grocery store she noticed an advertisement for Ventriloquist lessons. The very idea was silly, she knew, but she found herself very curious. She lied to her husband and told him she was volunteering for their church and went to one of the classes. Very quickly she found she was good at it and picked up the skill. She made herself a little puppet doll that she hid in the closet.
A year later she started searching for a real dummy and in an old antique store she came across the doll she called Charley. He looked like a gangster with a pinstripe suit, cigar, everything. There was something about him that she thought charming and she purchased him.
That same night in her sleep she thought she heard Charley talking to her. His Brooklyn accent was thick. He was telling her thing’s she’d never even thought of before, morbid and terrible things about murdering her husband. Eventually the voice started talking to her during the day, but she tried to ignore Charley. To keep him from her husband, she hid him in the back of the closet.
One day while searching for something, Keith found Charlie and confront Sugar. She ended up with several deep welts on her back from the belt he used. Then he smashed in part of the dolls face. He left her there bleeding and crying. Sugar tried to glue the face back together but it left a large scar on his cheek.
To her surprise as she did the doll started to talk to her, its mouth moving and everything.
“Boy, you sure know how to pick’em don’t ya Sugar? Now don’t cry baby doll. He ain’t worth your tears.”
Sugar quickly found herself spilling her guts to the little wooden puppet while he listened and gave her sweet reassurance that she didn’t deserve to be treated like this. For weeks the two would talk in secret with Keith wasn’t home and Sugar found herself developing feelings for this new man in her life…
A few months later, Keith had suffered from a terrible car crash. Somehow the breaks in his car went out and he (apparently drunk) drove himself over the railing of a highway bridge at midnight.
Sugar was free to live out her life with her new boyfriend.
Now, Scareface has become powerful with thugs that listen and a growing group of followers. He puts together devious plots that so far no one has been able to detect…
