"How in the hell that last mission failed I will never understand," muttered Liezel Wagner in German as she walked around the park. Her last mission with her team hadn't gone according to plan and as usual, Liezel felt like she was a failure at life and at being the leader for S.H.I.E.L.D. Liezel took a deep breath and sighed, remembering what her father would always tell her. "Lieben, you may fail at times, but you vill alvays learn from doz mistakes." Liezel opened her eyes and sighed a little before she sat down in the grass. She truly did miss her father...so much more than her mother. She then laid down on the soft, silky grass and giggled a little. She remembered that her father had once mentioned how sometimes the grass, when it swayed in the wind, was very much like their fur. Liezel looked around, wanting to see who was close to her and saw the hustle and bustle of people around her. She sighed almost sadly and fell back against the grass, wanting to show her true nature.
After a moment, Liezel got an idea and looked around. She moved up into a nearby tree when no one was looking and then teleported to a place where she could be alone. She didn't have to be there to know that people were looking around at the BAMF! noise and the sudden smell of brimstone. After teleporting through another dimension, which seemed like mere seconds to everyone, Liezel appeared in a small secluded beach area just outside Los Angeles, California. A smile appeared on her face as she powered down her image inducer. She sighed happily, her fangs showing as she felt the wind through her fur. She sighed happily and then laid down in the sand, getting it into her fur, not that she minded at all. A happy sigh escaped Liezel's lips before she heard a familiar noise. She sat up and looked around, activating her image inducer once again while wondering if she could spot who was near. "Who's there?" She called, keeping her voice firm and calm.

He was on his way back from Hawaii and decided to fly naturally as opposed to taking the jet. After all, it would look suspicious if the CEO of Worthington Industries left Hawaii after a series of gruesome murders were discovered and there was no history of him landing there.
As he was coming over one of the private beaches near the area where he kept his condo, his eyes picked up figure on the beach that he had recognized from his youth. He had only met her twice in his life and each of those times was at a function to honor his parents sacrifice in the Great Battle. Thanks to his aunt and uncle he wasn’t able to really associate with the other kids, not that he really wanted to. All they did is remind him of the life that he once had, the life he should have had. The only thing those kids did back then was make him hate them for having the life he wished for everyday.
Banking hard and to the right, he came up behind her, and landed on the beach. Reaching down to his thighs, he pulled out his knives, and made his way towards the girl. As he got closer he realized that it was Nightcrawler’s daughter. Of all the kids he had met during the parties, she had always been the nicest to him, which only made him hate her more. His plan though quickly came to end as him folding his wings behind his back alerted her.
“Just me Miss Wagner,”[/b][/I] he said with an evil smile as he brandished his knives.

A squeak escaped Liezel's lips as she saw who it was. It was her long time crush Warren Worthington IV. She had had a crush on him ever since she first laid eyes on him, though anyone who knew about it would think that she was crazy. She had always been kind to him and treated him with the up most respect and dignity but he always seemed to hate her. She wasn't sure why. She could never quite wrap her head around that fact. She didn't like that he hated her so, especially because she had the hugest crush on him ever. A deep blush filled her cheeks when he called her so formally before she saw his knives. Her eyes widened more and she looked at him, worried for what he might do. "What are you doing, Warren?" She asked, trying to keep her voice strong. Her Image Inducer was working, but it had never stopped from showing people the looks on her face. She hated it.
Of course, what she hated more was that Warren was trying to kill her, or was going to try and kill her. She didn't like that at all. "Why do you hate me, Warren?" She asked, growing angry at herself as she heard her voice tremble somewhat. She hated how she always felt vulnerable around him. She knew that her father wouldn't care much seeing as he had always been friends with Warren's father, but that didn't mean that these two got along. Perhaps in another life, a life where Warren wasn't so evil they could be friends, maybe even more, but Liezel doubted it, though. As much as she hated to admit it, she was currently totally digging on an evil man who isolated himself from everyone and everything. She wasn't quite sure how she could crush on him for so long.

“Why do I hate you Liezel? That’s an easy one,”[/b][/I] he said as he started to approach the mutant. “You got everything that I was suppose to have. You had the upbringing and loving family that I was denied. That I had stolen from me,”[/b][/I] he added as he yelled at her.
Sneering at her with malice in his eyes, he continued to bare down on her as he started to twirl his knives between his fingers. He hated that even know as he was about to kill her that she still showed him kindness. He hated it with every ounce of his being and in a way it made him feel dirty.
“So for that, you will die,”[/b][/I] he said as he stopped twirling his knives and gripped them tightly. “Sadly my dear. It won’t be a quick death. I’m going to make it very very painful for you. You are going to experience pain in which words cannot describe, but that will only be the beginning.”[/b][/I]
Grinning, he spread his wings wide, and dived at the young mutant. It was obvious by the look in his eyes that he wanted blood, her blood. And he was going to do anything he could to get it.

Liezel stared blankly at Warren as he spoke to her. He stepped closer to her and she stood her ground, looking at him. She blinked as he began to yell at her. "You hate me because I was loved?" She asked him, her eyes showing how empathetic she was being. It was her weakness...he was her weakness. She had never shown him everything but kindness only to find out that he hated it. She had been raised with love and with kindness and for that, Warren hated her. He hated her for something that was outside of her control and she wasn't sure how to react. Her eyes hadn't even darted towards his knives which he had begun to twirl between his fingers. Her eyes stayed on his, flashing gold for a brief moment as her Image Inducer seemed to fritz out on her. She had no idea that Warren felt so much anger and hate towards her...and she wishes she could change it, but there was no way for her to.
Warren stopped twirling his knives and spoke to her. She felt like blushing when he called her his dear until he informed her that her death wasn't quite. She blinked at him and backed away a moment before he said that she was going to experience a pain that words couldn't describe and that would only be the beginning. Fear flashed briefly in her eyes as Warren spread his wings and dove after her. Liezel quickly teleported away from him with a quick puff of purple smoke and a BAMF! She looked at him from behind, standing on a log that was facing the ocean. She looked at him, confused still. "You hate me for nothing that I can control!" She yelled to him, trying to appeal to his better nature. Sadly, Liezel had a feeling that he didn't have a better nature for her to appeal to. "I'm sorry that you didn't have a loving family and I'm sorry that you didn't have an amazing upbringing, but that's not my fault... If anything Warren, I would much rather you have had my upbringing than me," she told him.
