"Well, that's probably it. I have been toying around with some new ideas. And then you can test them out for me before I go to sell these security upgrades."
He said smirking. He would enjoy this actually. He can make money, and challenge her. That's a plus. But his thoughts from money faded momentarily when she had her episode. He made sure she could sit down safely and didn't want this episode to happen or again or have it effect her balance or anything.
"Don't be sorry, it happens. Just be glad your episodes are more safe than mine."
He said with a slight laugh. He himself was prone to his own 'episodes' but his involved murder or at the very least beating someone almost to death. Far more tame than getting dizzy and dropping a glass. The server came back with a glass of water before beginning to clean up the glass.
"You just sit there and relax, try and calm down, you'll be fine."
He had a job proposition for her and everything. But if he made it when she was still feeling the effects of her episode than it could be argued that she wasn't of sound mind upon making the decision. Although he didn't expect her to take him to court, she'd probably go her own route.

Selena giggled a little. "If you want, I could totally test your security system for you. It'll be a nice challenge for me, especially with all the little tricks I have to get to where I need to go no matter the size or temperature. Also, weapons and whatnot aren't usually a problem either," she said, giggling even more. She sighed gently and leaned back comfortably in her hair, until her episode. Then of course, the poor girl was nervous as all get out. She looked at Hunter as he spoke to her and cringed a little when he said that her episodes were safer than his. She shrugged her shoulders then, though still tense. "If you say so. I mean, sometimes I go a little psycho and sometimes hurt people but I've ever really killed people only once and it wasn't my fault," she said all in one breath as if she was defending herself to her parents, which itself held horrible memories. She hated trying to convince her parents that she was normal.
Selena looked at Hunter and heard his words about just sitting there and relaxing. She took a few deep breaths, trying to calm herself down. She curled up into a ball, thanking the server for the water as she sipped at it. Her eyes darted from the glass to Hunter. It was peculiar that she was worried about if he'd lash out at her. She didn't know whether or not he would be furious after the server left or if he really didn't think it was that big of a deal. She licked her lips nervously and sipped at her water again. Soon her eyes darted back towards the floor and she breathed calmly. After a moment, she figured she was about as calm as she would get. She looked back at Hunter. "In case you couldn't figure it out...I should probably let you know that I have been admitted to Arkham Asylum...but I was allowed to leave. They...figured I was fit to join society once again..." She trailed off, remembering her parents' murder at her own hands.

"Everybody has issues."
He said with a shrug and smile. She was way too nervous, and he could understand that. Naturally he never felt the need to apologize for his. Usually it just resulted in him having to hire a couple people. He had enough ties that he could get out of anything. Although he wouldn't mind having the police come after him, if anything it could be fun. He hasn't been in a huge fight since his father's training, but he wouldn't hate that.
"Relax, it's no big deal. You don't have to explain to me or anyone."
He said with a smile.
"So tell me Selena, have you ever considered another side job aside from what you do now?"
He asked curiously. He knew she had all the makings of a great assistant. Either way she'd be better than his last one. The last one had no guts and wasn't willing to do what had to be done for Hunter, and that bothered him. Not to mention so many men would be distracted by her beauty. Just dress her up in something sexy and he could say whatever he wanted and they'd agree.

Selena heard Hunter's words and nodded in agreement. When she heard him tell her relax, she tried to do so, but it didn't exactly work out for her. She took a few deep breaths and decided not to panic or anything. She figured that if Hunter had been angry with her, he'd have thrown her out by now, so she must have been in the clear right? She paused when he said that she didn't have to explain anything, which was weird because...she wanted to explain it to him. Her head spun, figuratively. What was wrong with her? She wanted to share her past with this guy? What was she, insane? She had just met him for God's sake! What kind of crazy nonsense is this?! She mentally panicked and decided that maybe it would be best to close off her emotions...the next time they met. She didn't want to suddenly change and have him ask questions. That would be awkward and kind of embarrassing.
Selena's ears perked up when he asked if she had ever considered a side job. She looked over at him, curiously. "A side job? Like what, perhaps?" She asked, getting straight to the point. If she liked whatever he was offering, then it would totally work out for the best, but if she didn't like whatever he was offering, she would obviously say no and stick to being the test for his newest security systems that he had planned or whatever he wanted to do. She had no idea and it was really none of her business until he decided to share with her. She sighed a bit about the thought of working with Hunter. It wouldn't be too bad unless he'd want her to do things for him that she didn't want to do...like kill children. No, thank you, even a psycho like Selena had limits.

His trademark smirk spread across his lips. He'd been in enough meetings to know when he had someone interested. Not to mention notice the inner struggle about what he didn't care, that she was going through. Whether it involved him or not was really no concern for him at this point. He had more pressing issues to deal with.
"I'll get straight to the point. I need an assistant. My last assistant failed me and had to be....released."
His eyes flashed black when he said released, a more evil look coming over him when he did so.
"Now as for what you do in your free time, I truly don't care. As long as you don't take over the world, that's my goal. You'll need to come when called. Your job could be anything as simple as planning meeting to more....under handed and illegal activities."
Sure his assistant at times worked as an assassin for him, but he wouldn't tell that, not yet at least.
"You could be with me for mere minutes to days, or not hear from me for a week. Pay will start at $100,000 a year, with benefits. Some benefits being that I know quite a few judges and police officers. Interested?"
He asked before pulling out a black cigarello and lighting it.

Selena listened intently to his words and thought about it, shoving the fact that his eyes had turned black for a moment away, thinking the light was tricking her. His assistant? Sounds like fun if you ask me... She stopped thinking when he spoke once more. A bright, happy smile formed on Selena's face when he said that she'd be doing underhanded and illegal activities. "Brilliant," she breathed, unable to help herself. When he mentioned how much the pay was, Selena's eyes widened and her breath caught in her throat. With that amount did she even have to rob anymore? Psh, of course she would. Robbing was in her nature now, it was what she did. Nothing was about to stop her from doing what she was bred and trained to do by her beloved father.
Selena watched as he pulled out the cancer stick and lit it. Her head tilted to the side a moment and then she nodded. "You've peaked my interest, Hunter...or should I call you Mr. Romuluson?" She asked, a small, teasing grin on her lips. "Please tell me what else this job entails. I would like to know," she said, eyes lighting up at the thought of going around doing illegal things, the rush of being caught pumping through her veins as she did it. Man, she missed those days. As of recently, things just sort of got...repetitive which was something that Selena was not fond of. She needed more spice to her life and this, actually, might have been it.

He almost had to laugh when he realized he'd had her. Usually the pay, or lawless activity got the job done. But apparently for her it was both. Plus the possibility of having a lot of free time. That was hard to pass up. 100 grand a year, with possible weeks off at a time and a constant get out of jail free card.
"Mr. Romuluson for now. Although I don't foresee why we can't get close enough for you to call me Hunter."
He said before standing up. He began to walk to the edge of the VIP area before stopping.
"When I get up to walk somewhere, it's your cue to follow. C'mon dollface."
He said with a wink before continuing on his way. He didn't have to look behind him to know she was following. People naturally followed him, just the way he was. He knew she was smart though, and smart enough to know he hadn't answered her last question yet. But answering was one thing. He preferred to show. And in his business there was always someone to use as an example. They passed through an 'Employees Only' door, with Selena not even getting stopping. Security was used to Hunter usually having an assistant or a lady for the night. Hunter opened the door to what looked to be just a store room. But behind a shelf was a door and stair case. He walked down it in silence, still smoking his cigarette. When they got to the bottom there in the middle of the room was a man tied to a chair with three men surrounding him, all wearing black. They nodded their heads to Hunter before backing away and disappearing into the darkness of the room.
"You see Selena, I don't call the police when one of my employees, or even rivals, does something illegal or damaging to my business. I learned from my father things need to be handled on your own. This man here, let's call him Mr. Anderson, has been selling secrets from my new company, Black Fire....well I'll reveal the rest of the name after you sign the contract. Anyways he needs to be punished. And should I be busy, it will be your job to do so."
The man began to panic and shake his head. Hunter turned and put the cigarette out on the man's cheek. He screamed but suddenly one of the men was there to gag him.
"Much better, thank you Agent Smith."
Hunter's hands began to glow black as did his eyes before Hunter began to punch the man in the face. He then delivered one punch to the man's chest causing him to fly through the back of the chair and land at one of the men's feet. The man picked him up and threw him to Hunter who caught him by the collar.
"You see Selena, it's a dog eat dog world, especially in business. And he was going to ensure I got eaten."
Hunter's long dark scimitar style blade began to grow out of his right hand. He placed the tip against the man's stomach and slowly began to lower him onto it, letting it slowly slide into the man. Then with a flick of his wrist the blade ran up the length of his body and he let the man fall.
"Smith, since my new assistant isn't quite ready I want this man dropped off in front of his contact's house, not business am I understood? Good. Then when his body is identified send 2 dozen black roses to his widow with a card reading, 'Sorry for your loss - A friend'."
Smith nodded his head before his two men grabbed the remains of Mr Anderson and they disappeared into the darkness of the room. Hunter turned to face Selena, sword still in hand and eyes still glowing black.
"That's what a lot of it will entail. As well as actual business activities. Phone calls, messages, meetings and so forth. So, you in sweet heart?"
He asked his grip tightening on the handle of his sword.

Selena heard his response and nodded her head gently before watching as he stood up. She stood up as well and followed after him, blushing lightly when he called her dollface and winked. It reminded her of what her father called her sometimes. Of course, he usually called her something like his Glycerin Drop or his little Panda. She loved it when her father had called her that. Of course, Selena loved everything that her father ever did. She loved the way he killed people, the way he spoke to his followers/minions/help, the way he laughed, the way he talked, the way he thought, and so much more. Selena loved it all and she wasn't about to let any of her father's ideals go. Sure, she'd be working as Hunter's assistant, but when she wasn't, she was still Pandora and when this whole messy business was over, Gotham City would be her box in which to do as she wished and no one would stop her. Not even that Nightwing fellow or the other Avengers, no matter how much they'd try.
Selena continued to follow after Hunter and looked around as they walked through the "Employees Only" door. She noticed that no one stopped her and didn't bother to say anything to Hunter. She figured the others had learned from the last guard's mistake. She tilted her head to the side as they walked into a room that reminded Selena of an old storage room that her father used to work in before he got one of his many Joker factories. Selena's eyebrows rose when she saw him open a door behind a shelf and walk down a staircase. She followed after him without question, obediently, which was kind of odd for Selena, but Hunter gave off a vibe that reminded her of her father and so, she followed the man without question. She couldn't help the small, psychotic grin that twitched at the corner of her mouth when they walked into the blackened room to see a man tied to a chair. She tilted her head to the side like an amused cat and watched as the men seemed to disappear.
When Hunter spoke to her, Selena's eyes darted towards him. She heard his words and nodded in response before one of her eyebrows rose and darted to the man tied to the chair. Her eyes lit up though when Hunter told her that if he was busy, it would be her job to deal with the loud mouth. Her lips twisted into an almost psychotic, crazy grin as she watched the man twitch and squirm. She couldn't help but giggle at him as he screamed when Hunter's cigarette was put out in his cheek. She heard the sizzling sound and giggled more. She grew silent though when one of the men wearing black gagged him. Selena's eyebrows went up when she saw Hunter's eyes and hands go black. She tilted her head to the side once more and watched as he brutally beat the man in front of her. A sick sense of satisfaction crawled into Selena's stomach as she watched. Nothing made this little psycho happier than seeing someone in pain.
When Hunter spoke to her, Selena tore her eyes away from the bloodied man and looked at him. She nodded, letting him know that she understood before she watched as he drove his blade into the man. Her eyes lit up and a wide smile spread across her face. She giggled more and gazed up at Hunter with a sort of new found...respect when he turned to her. Selena nodded her head, giggling more. "Nothing would please me more, Mr. Romuluson," she said, eyes still lit up with the idea of getting to practically torture someone. Oh did she have ideas for that... "Of course...I can have my own fun, can't I?" She asked, looking up at him like a kid at Christmas as she giggled insanely once more. It was times like this when Selena usually felt most comfortable, which wasn't so good for some of the people in the world...at all...especially if they found her attractive in any way because she would use that against them without a second thought.

His blade faded as did the black glowing and he looked at her with a smirk. He caught the giggling and had noticed the sick smile she had through out the beating and even murder. He was going to like her and had chosen well.
"Of course you can, and please, call me Hunter. I only have one rule. Should you get arrested you call me, am I understood? And don't put up too much of a fight. I'd hate to see that beautiful face get ruined in any way."
He said with a smirk as he walked towards her.
"So where do you live Selena?"
He asked with a raised eyebrow. Naturally he needed to know things like that. Plus she had things that needed to be sent to her. A laptop, cell phone and various other things she'd need for her job.

Selena giggled and nodded to him happily. She tilted her head to the side once more as he told her that he only had one rule. She nodded in response to his words. "Right. If arrested, call you, don't resist too much," she repeated so that way he knew that she knew what he was talking about. Personally, Selena hated it when people nodded their head, pretending like they were listening, and then they went behind your back and did exactly what you told them not to do. This was mostly why Selena decided on working alone instead of with goons. Sure, like her father, Selena enjoyed sitting back and watching her chaos unfold, but she was not about to let incompetent losers who couldn't follow simple orders. Selena's eyes looked at Hunter once again and blushed at his compliment. She giggled a little more and tucked her hair behind her ear.
Selena blinked at his question and shrugged her shoulders. "I live here nor there. I don't...really have much of a home, per say. Most of the time though, I spend my time in the old, abandoned Chuckles Inc. factory off Main Street," she confessed, not sharing that it was also her father's old lair. She didn't think he'd need to know and if he did know, she'd just shrug her shoulders and act like she didn't know what he was talking about... Then again, he hated when people lied to him. Perhaps she'd tell him the truth...or he'd just figure it out. Either way, Selena would probably share with him anyway if he asked about it. Sure, she didn't want him to know that she was Pandora, but at the same time, she didn't want to lie to him.

"Fair enough, so the Chuckles Inc will be listed as your place of residence."
He nodded his head to one of the other Agents and the man disappeared, already knowing what Hunter wanted done. When Selena got back to her 'home' she'd find it outfitted with newer security as well as several presents, including new wardrobe waiting for her.
"Well I believe we've spent enough time down here. I say we go and discuss the rest of your employment in a more....hospitable environment."
He said with a smirk before walking back towards the stair case. He knew now that she would automatically follow, like any good employee had. Of course when she failed...well that'd be bad news for her, and whoever she held dear. He didn't simply fire someone...he ruined them first. Soon they were walking through dark hallways before Hunter opened the door to a plush blue room he used as his office here. He entered and sat down in a plush blue chair before grabbing a bottle of champagne.
"I just had a feeling I'd need to celebrate tonight. And bringing on a new assistant is certainly a reason to celebrate."

Selena nodded to Hunter and watched as he nodded to one of the other Agents. She tilted her head to the side as he seemed to vanish into the shadows. Hunter then spoke about how they had spent enough time in this place and wanted to go elsewhere. Selena nodded obediently and once Hunter started to walk, she was a few steps behind him. She had done this many times with her father when he was back in charge of the crime syndicate in Gotham City. She would follow him around, do as he asked, and even kill a few people who got too close. She was like his body guard, his best goon, and was treated better than everyone else since, well, she was his daughter after all and that in itself had it's perks. She got away with anything and everything and she could do no wrong in her father's eyes.
Selena walked along behind Hunter until they came to a door that Hunter opened suavely before she saw what was inside. She blinked several times when she saw the blue room. She tilted her head to the side and walked in. She looked around at everything, shocked that it was so...happy looking. Hunter didn't seem like the kind of man for all that nonsense. Selena looked over at Hunter as he sat down and pulled out a bottle of champagne. When Hunter spoke she nodded and walked over to him. She motioned to the chair. "May I?" She asked, smiling at him. She wasn't sure what kind of assistant he'd want to amuse him, but she'd try sweet for now until he asked for anything otherwise.

He laughed a bit and shook his head.
"Sit. We may have to work on some certain manners for you Selena. And you don't have to ask permission for everything, you're not a slave. Well, unless you want to be."
He said with a wink and a laugh. He smiled a bit and poured two glasses of champagne. He handed her one before holding his glass up.
"To new partnerships."
He said before taking a sip. He sighed and leaned back relaxing.
"We'll now discuss certain aspects of your job. For starters, do you have any questions? Most of my former assistants were slightly confused at this point. Of course they were the usual secretaries and so forth. I've found it's easier to train a.....person who chooses when to follow the law to be a secretary then a secretary to ignore the law."

Selena nodded and pouted a little when he said that they needed to work on some manners for her. She then blushed lightly and giggled when he said that she wasn't a slave unless she wanted to be. She watched as he poured two glasses of champagne and took the one that he handed her. She smiled and held up her glass as well with a nod in agreement before she sipped at the bubbling beverage as well. She watched as Hunter leaned back and relaxed, making Selena do the very same. She wasn't sure why, but she didn't want to upset or disappoint Hunter...which confused her. Usually she wasn't that way. Oh would her father frown upon her now, knowing that she wasn't in control, but then she supposed he'd okay with it seeing as she does get to hurt people in the most cruel way.
When Hunter spoke, Selena thought a moment to see if she had any questions. "I do have one question... How exactly am I supposed to act? I mean, you saw what I just attempted and you didn't like it so what am I to do? I can't decide between being myself and being a slave..." She paused, remembering when she was practically a slave when she was a child. She pushed those thoughts away though, not wanting another episode while Hunter was around. She never had two episodes in one day anyway... So, that would be something else weird for Selena to tack on to her day today. Not that meeting Hunter was a bad thing, but Selena would have never wanted him to see her in her episodic state. It was not a pretty sight half of the time.

He nodded his head at her question and leaned back, thinking about how to properly answer it. She wanted to know exactly how she should act and Hunter was indeed good at giving orders. He'd been doing it since he was a child.
"Ah, that's simple really. When we're in public, say at the office or a party, you're supposed to act professional and refined. A woman of great elegance which I know you can handle. When it's just you and I, well that's up to you. You can behave as yourself, a slave, which could prove tiring, or however you choose."
He said with a smile before taking a sip of his drink and now thinking about everything he had to tell her. Hopefully she worked out, this speech was getting annoying to give.
"Alright when you go home tonight...or in the morning."
He said with a slight laugh and a wink.
"You'll find your home outfitted with the latest security system. You'll also find files with information on my companies, a lap top with the same files as well as my more secure ones. And a cellphone with my cell number, home numbers and office numbers all in it already. I already have your number in my phone. You will have your phone on you at all times so I can get a hold of you whenever I need to. When you get home open your laptop, you already have an E-mail. It is your first mission. He has been causing me problems as of late and I need him out of my way."
He said with a smirk.
"You'll work as an assistant, body guard and assassin. I would've given you some weapons but something tells me you already have said weapons."
