Personality:
Danny is cocky, arrogant and over confident. He knows he's the best and won't hesitate to make sure everyone is well aware of it. He's a huge flirt and can even border on obsessive if he gets turned down. He feels he's the Alpha Male and won't let someone tell him otherwise. He's flamboyant and has a tendency to add unnecessary flourishes to his moves and take downs.

Weapons:
Varies depending on the mission. Usually has a 6 chamber revolver. But almost always wields a collapsible silver staff that can have a pointed tip if necessary.
History:
Elixir and Lilith met right after Josh became stuck in his black state. She was able to calm him down and get him out of it. It also helped that she couldn't be killed by him in that state. They soon became very close, despite their vast age differences. When he returned to the X Mansion they stayed in close contact and she came to visit him quite frequently. He soon proposed which led to rumors of her being pregnant. Because 9 months later Daniel was born, named after Josh's guardian and mentor Dani Moonstar. It was apparent right away that Daniel was a mutant as he was born with blue hair, small cat ears and a tail. But what most concerned them was his vampirism. Due to his father being a mutant it was somewhat diluted. He was weaker than his mother but also had all the weaknesses of a vampire aside from religious artifacts and garlic, although with his senses it does sometimes bother him.
To help his son fit in Josh augmented his skin pigment to make him have a light healthy tan. He spent his young days at Xavier's with his mother coming and going due to her work with the Howling Commandos. But she still spent her time with him, training him to use his vampiric abilities. But soon the Terrible Triad arrived and began waging war. Daniel, now 5, stayed at Xavier's while his parents and others left to fight them. He watched them fight and wept as his father died. But his mother took it even harder. Not able to die to join him in the afterlife. She was left as nothing more than a shell of herself and has spent every year after that hunting down her father to try and kill him so she can die. Daniel then immediatley went into training to become a New X under Anole and Rogue.
But his thirst began to grow with his age. And his inability to die turned him more and more arrogant. But then the BPRD had a vampire problem and reached out to Lilith, who declined and put them in touch with her son. Daniel helped them out and quickly solved it. He then accepted a job from them and left New X. He does still occasionally join them for various missions but mostly works for the BPRD. He's recently been working to try and find Nate Leach who stole a brazer and the spear of Destiny. His trail led him to New York but so far nothing.
